Replora connects to your Gmail account to read incoming email and create draft replies. It cannot and does not send email on your behalf.

What we access

With your permission we read new messages in your inbox and create drafts in your Gmail account. We store the sender address, subject line and processing status of messages we check, plus your settings. We do not store email bodies.

How email content is processed

The text of an email conversation is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, solely to write a draft reply. It is not used to train AI models or for advertising.

Google API Services

Replora's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

Use "Disconnect and delete my data" in your dashboard to revoke access and delete everything we store. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing replorasupport@gmail.com.
