What is Replora?

Replora is an email reply tool for businesses of every size that use Gmail or Google Workspace. It reads new customer emails, writes a professional reply in your tone using your business details, and saves it as a draft in the same Gmail conversation. You check it, edit anything you like, and press send.

Who is Replora for?

Any business that answers customer emails in Gmail or Google Workspace, from sole traders and local trades to online shops, agencies and larger companies. Each person connects their own inbox, so anyone who spends time replying to customers can use it, whether that's the owner, a sales team or customer service staff.

Can Replora send emails without me?

No. Replora only has permission to read your email and create drafts. It has no permission to send, so every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you send it yourself.

Does Replora work with Outlook or Hotmail?

Not at the moment. Replora works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts only.

How quickly are replies drafted?

Replora checks for new email every few minutes, so a draft is usually waiting within about five minutes of an email arriving. You can also check straight away from your dashboard.

What if Replora doesn't know a price, date or order detail?

It doesn't guess. It leaves a gap in square brackets, like [your price] or [tracking link], for you to fill in before sending. If the customer hasn't given something it needs, such as an order number, the draft politely asks for it.

Which emails does Replora skip?

Newsletters, receipts, automatic notifications, promotions and emails you sent yourself. Skipped emails don't use any of your replies.

How much does Replora cost?

Every account starts with 50 free replies and no card is needed. After that, the monthly plans are Starter £19 a month for 300 replies, Pro £39 a month for 1,000 replies, Business £79 a month for 3,000 replies. One-off top-ups are £10 for 150 replies or £30 for 500. You can cancel any time.

Is Replora AI?

Yes. Replies are written by an AI model, guided by the business details and tone you give Replora. Nothing is sent without you reading it first.

Is my email private?

Nobody at Replora reads your emails. To write a reply, the email conversation is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it only to write the reply and does not use it to train its models. Replora stores the sender and subject so you can see what was drafted, but not the content of your emails. Your Gmail access is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

What happens when I run out of replies?

Replora pauses and your inbox carries on as normal. When you top up or your plan renews, it picks up customer emails from the last three days.

How do I set Replora up?

Go to replora.org.uk, click Connect Gmail and sign in with Google. A short setup guide asks about your business and preferred tone, then sends a test so you can see your first draft. It takes about five minutes.
